Santee Summer Ministries “Boat Church”Christian Service Scholarship 2025

 

The Santee Summer Ministries (SSM) Scholarships of up to $2500 are awarded to graduating high school seniors who are active in Christian worship life, while also distinguishing themselves through academic merit, leadership, moral character, and Christian service.

 

Candidates are to submit the following scholarship application requirements in PDF format (please no pictures of documents) by e-mail and applications must be received by the SSM Scholarship Committee by Friday, May 2, 2025.  

 

Scholarship submission requirements are below:

 

•Copy of most up-to-date academic transcript demonstrating a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5

​

•Summary of extra-curricular activities, athletics, church/civic service involvement

​

•Minister’s/Clergy’s recommendation letter

​

•A signed, 500-word personal statement about God’s influence on their life

 

 

Applicant submissions must be sent (in PDF format) to trippboykin@me.com by no later than Friday, May 2, 2025 for review and consideration.

Santee Summer Ministry will contact and announce scholarship winners in late May or early June of each year.
